F-5500-A Fluran Tubing
What is Fluran?
Fluran is a black, opaque, fluorielastomer tubing developed specifically for use in severe environments where other tubings fail. It maintains its flexibility and withstands constant temperatures up to 400 °F. Fluran tubing is soft and resilient and consistently performs well under conditions in which rubber-like tubing will disintegrate. It can be used with an extremely broad range of corrosives and resists attack by many oils, fuels, lubricants, most mineral acids and some aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. It is resistant to ozone, sunlight and weathering. Not recommended for use with foods, beverages or drugs.
