Minimum Order

A minimum order of $75.00 is required. Higher minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply to special materials or thinner gauge materials. We recommend emailing your Polymer Plastics representative for details or special requests.

Pricing

Our website provides pricing on as many items as possible to help customers estimate approximate costs based on desired material properties. Please note that all prices shown are for reference only and do not constitute an offer to sell. Prices are updated regularly, however, there may be occasions when listed prices are not fully accurate due to market fluctuations or supplier adjustments. As in any industry, material costs and availability can change without notice. For the most current and competitive pricing, please contact our Sales/Service Department.

Terms of Payment

We accept most major credit cards, subject to a 4% convenience fee. Net 30-day terms are available with approved credit. A 1.5% monthly (18% annual) service charge applies to past-due invoices. To apply for credit, please contact Polymer Plastics for a credit application. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for review after receipt of your application. An email confirmation will be sent once your credit status has been determined.

International Orders

Payment for international orders is accepted via wire transfer (subject to a $75 documentation fee). We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for shipments within the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. For shipments outside the United States, please contact a representative for details and payment arrangements.

Shipping and Freight

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point / Collect, unless otherwise specified. Our representatives can provide estimated freight charges upon request.

Please note:

  • Packages measuring 36” × 48” or larger, or 60”+ in length, are considered oversized and may incur additional freight charges.
  • Estimated freight ranges between $425 – $900+, depending on weight, size, and destination.
  • Shipping estimates are approximate and subject to change.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Placing Orders

Orders may be placed by phone or email and are subject to order confirmation.

Shipping Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 72 hours of receipt. Larger or special orders may require additional processing time.

Returned Goods

Polymer Plastics will promptly replace, at no additional cost, any material found to be defective or shipped in error. Materials returned at the customer’s request are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns require prior authorization. Please note that materials that have been cut or machined after sale are typically non-refundable.

Product Use and Customer Responsibility

All materials sold by Polymer Plastics are provided in good faith and are believed to conform to typical industry standards. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any material for their specific application or intended use. Polymer Plastics makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the performance or results obtained through improper fabrication, handling, or installation. We assume no liability for losses, damages, or injuries arising from misuse, incorrect application, or failure to test materials for the intended environment or purpose. Customers are encouraged to consult with our sales or technical staff for guidance before purchasing or processing materials for critical applications.

Product Tolerances

Dimensions, colors, and physical properties of materials may vary slightly within acceptable industry tolerances. Polymer Plastics does not guarantee color match, gloss level, or exact thickness unless specifically stated in writing at the time of order.

Freight Damage or Claims

All materials are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been accepted by the carrier. Any claims for damage or shortage must be made directly with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Force Majeure

Polymer Plastics shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, labor disputes, transportation delays, equipment failure, or material shortages. In such cases, delivery schedules will be adjusted accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Polymer Plastics’ liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of its products is limited strictly to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. Under no circumstances shall Polymer Plastics be responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use the product.

Order Cancellations

Orders for non-stock or special-order materials are non-cancellable. Once an order acknowledgment has been issued, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Governing Law

All transactions with Polymer Plastics are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within the same state.

Policy Revisions

Polymer Plastics reserves the right to revise these Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or by request.
